Jeff Leverton

Jeff Leverton is an accomplished executive with a strong business background. He exemplifies a wealth of experience from his 20+ year career as President & CEO of the Four Seasons Health Club in Bloomington, IL. During this time, he led an executive leadership team focused on a vision that created a healthy work environment. Prior to joining the leadership team at Four Seasons Health Club, Jeff served as a Manager for the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department.

Following his departure from Four Seasons, he now serves as a Certified FocalPoint Business & Executive Coach/Trainer and also as the Director of Business Development for Maxlider Brothers Customs and Mavidea Technology Group. Jeff is a leadership junkie that has a passion for helping leaders and owners from small to medium sized businesses build healthy organizations. As a business expert he offers a wide range of programs/services from individual and group coaching to training and assessments. Jeff’s purpose and mission is to inspire business leaders to create a culture of excellence and to transform businesses one leader at a time!

A native of Bloomington, IL, Jeff earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Illinois State University. He holds a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional designation and is a Graduate of the Leadership McLean County program along with being the Outstanding Alumni Achievement Recipient for LMC. He is an Illinois State University KNR/RPA Distinguished Alumni and has received awards in “Excellence in Company Culture”. Jeff was part of the inaugural Leadership Certificate Program through the Illinois State University Organizational Leadership institute.

Jeff has served as the Chair for the Chamber of Commerce Leadership McLean County Program, as well as served as a Board of Director on the Mclean County Chamber of Commerce. He contributes as a United Way of Mclean County Ambassador, serves on the Illinois State University RPA (Recreation and Park Administration) Council and participates as a facilitator in the ISU Organizational Leadership Institute reading program. He currently presides as the Chair for the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal and is actively involved in many other not for profit organizations. Jeff considers himself a Social/Lifestyle Entrepreneur and also owns and operates two small businesses. Jeff and his wife Mindy have been married for 25 yrs and have three daughters ages 21, 19 and 16. He enjoys learning and growing as a leader, participating in and supporting many sports, especially golf, spending time with family, and traveling.
